2022 Kangaroo Nugget Tenth Ounce Gold Perth Mint Bullion Coins These 0.1 oz gold bullion coins are part of the 2022 kangaroo collection. The gold coins feature a new reverse design, by Neil Hollis. With a diameter of 16.6 mm, this 1/10 oz coin is the smallest in the kangaroo range. The coins come issued in protective capsules. Each coin is struck from 99.99% fineness (24-carat gold) and has a total gold weight of 0.1 troy ounces. These coins have a maximum mintage of 200,000. The Australian Nugget (Gold Kangaroo) is an Australian gold coin which was first minted at Perth Mint in 1986 and, thanks to the annual changing motif on the front, enjoys great popularity worldwide. The coin has a fineness of 999,9 and is recognized legal tender. Since 1987, the Australian Nugget has been minted in units of 1/20 ounce, 1/10 ounce, 1/4 ounce, 1/2 ounce and 1 ounce. The value is between 5 and 100 Australian Dollar. Meanwhile larger units of 2 ounce, 10 ounce and 1 kilogram are available.
